Before you write
Vendors: to get listed, use the listing request form. To correct a fact on your profile, pick "Vendor" above and tell us the field and the right value. Score and ranking requests are not reviewed; see how we score.
Reviewers: reviews publish once we verify you use the product, usually within 2–3 days. If it's been longer than a week, pick "A review I submitted" and include the product and the email you used.
Corrections: include the page URL and what's wrong. We fix factual errors on the page and note the update.
Privacy requests: to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, pick "Privacy / data deletion request" and send it from the email address you used with us. See the privacy policy.
Deal purchases: for a refund or a missing code, pick "General question" and include your order number.
