Newoldstamp review
Bottom line
Newoldstamp is a hosted system for managing one branded email signature template across an entire team, with banner campaigns and analytics built in. Its clearest strength is central control: one master template update reaches every mailbox. The main cost to watch is per-signature pricing, which grows with headcount, and signatures stop working if the subscription lapses. It suits marketing and internal communications teams that manage signatures for many employees.
What is Newoldstamp?
Newoldstamp is an email signature platform that builds, deploys, and updates branded signatures for every employee in a company. It solves the problem of inconsistent or outdated signatures across a team, where each change would otherwise mean editing mailboxes one by one. The product also treats the signature as a marketing space for banners and calls to action.
An administrator designs a master signature template in a browser-based editor, choosing fonts, colors, logos, social media icons, and disclaimers with a live preview. Employee details can sync from Google Workspace or Active Directory, or be uploaded as a file. Employees can also receive a link to a predefined template and add their own job title and phone numbers. Signatures deploy to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Exchange accounts with one click. Changes to the master template update every signature immediately or on a scheduled date, and banner campaigns can be segmented by department with click and impression analytics for each section.
Newoldstamp serves freelancers, small businesses, mid-size businesses, and enterprises, and it highlights special offers for law firms, universities, nonprofits, agencies, and startups. Pricing is set per signature. The pricing page shows a slider starting at $109 per signature per month billed annually, a 7-day free trial with full feature access, and a free signature generator with pre-designed templates. Organizations that need more than 200 signatures move to a custom plan.
What distinguishes Newoldstamp is the combination of central management and signature marketing in one product. A single master template controls the signature for an entire department, and the same dashboard runs banner campaigns and reports performance. The company also states that it integrates directly with mailboxes rather than re-routing messages, and it offers live chat support around the clock.
