ManWinWin review
Bottom line
ManWinWin is a full CMMS covering assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, spare parts and costs, with a free tier for small operations. Its clearest strength is the free Express version and the offline mobile app for technicians working away from a desk. Buyers should note that Start and Professional prices are not published and that Express caps use at 100 assets for a single user. Plant, building and fleet maintenance teams that want to start free and grow into paid licensing should consider it.
What is ManWinWin?
ManWinWin is computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and enterprise asset management (EAM) software for organizations that maintain equipment. It gives maintenance teams one place to record each asset with its technical details and attached documents, plan and track work, and manage spare parts and maintenance spending. The vendor describes it as covering the full range of maintenance processes, from reported requests through to supplier purchase orders.
Day to day, the dashboard shows equipment, work orders, materials and purchase orders, with activities marked as in progress, scheduled or waiting for attention. Work orders are structured around the equipment, priority, responsible people and work requirements, and recurring preventive maintenance can run on calendar intervals or on operating records. The ManWinWin APP for Android and iOS works offline, and QR codes or NFC tags can identify assets in the field. Stock is handled with minimum and maximum levels, safety stock and warehouse transfers, so parts shortages can be spotted before a job stalls.
Users range from freelancers and small businesses to mid-sized companies and enterprises. The vendor names manufacturing plants, buildings, fleets and infrastructure as its core fit. Pricing has three tiers. ManWinWin Express is free forever for up to 100 assets, for one user on one workstation. Start is a lifetime license for up to 250 assets. Professional is a SaaS subscription aimed at small and medium companies. Costs for Start and Professional are provided on request. Customers named on the vendor's site include Danone Egypt, Essilor Portugal and Thai Union Europe.
What sets ManWinWin apart is its hybrid delivery. The same system runs as a local or remote desktop application, in a browser, and as an offline-capable mobile app. Its AI assistant, Winston, answers questions in plain language from a company's own maintenance data, sends alerts and breakdown forecasts, and supports QR lookup and hands-free help for technicians. The company provides a documented API for connecting to other systems. Founded in 1981 as part of Navaltik, it reports customers in more than 120 countries.
