Regpack review
Bottom line
Regpack is a web-based platform that combines registration forms, payment collection, recurring billing, and workflow automation for programs. Its clearest strength is recurring billing with retries, renewals, and payment plans built into the registration process. The main drawbacks are that pricing is only available after a report or demo request and there is no free plan or trial. Organizations running camps, afterschool programs, or course-based tuition that want one system for sign-ups and collections should consider it.
What is Regpack?
Regpack is online registration and payment software for afterschool programs, camps, classes, courses, retreats, and events. It handles the sign-up form, the payment, and the follow-up in one system, so families can register and pay in a single step, and staff do not have to rebuild those steps by hand for each program. The platform models registration and payment workflows across many program types, so an organization does not need separate software for each one.
Day to day, an administrator builds a registration form with conditional fields, family flows, and group rates, then collects payment inside the same form through cards, ACH, payment plans, deposits, and split payments. When a registration comes in, a visual workflow builder can send confirmations, schedule autopay, change statuses, or charge a deposit. The builder offers more than 60 trigger conditions with branching logic and requires no code. Attendance is tracked with check-in and check-out, and families receive locked QR codes protected by PINs.
Recurring billing is a core part of the product. Renewals roll into the next session, the software charges on the schedule the organization sets, whether weekly, monthly, or seasonal, and it retries declined cards and sends renewal reminders. Members can update cards, switch plans, or pause from their own account. Typical customers include small businesses, mid-size organizations, and enterprises, and the company reports more than 6,000 organizations served. Regpack does not publish list prices. Buyers request a pricing report or a demo, and no free plan or free trial is offered.
What sets Regpack apart from typical registration tools is that registration, payments, subscriptions, and reporting share one data set. Reports cover registration funnels, session capacity, and drop-off trends, and financial data exports to QuickBooks, Xero, and SAGE. An open API and webhooks connect the platform to Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Zapier. The company states PCI DSS Level 2, SOC 2 Type II, and GDPR compliance.
