Thena started in April 2022 by ex Branch and Goldman Sachs executives with a vision of redefining customer communication and intelligence. We raised pre-seed from Pejman Nozad of Pear VC, Ben Narasin of Tenacity Fund, Mike Molinet of Branch, Michael Katz of mParticle, Coby Berman of Radar, J Zac of Lattice and others. We are a revenue success software for CSM teams; we enable CSMs to manage their customer communication on Slack and Teams faster, bi-directionally integrate the communication with internal tools, and provide account intelligence to predict churn and identify upsells.
