Bottom line

Weeztix is a ticketing system that combines online ticket sales, door scanning, cashless payments, and accreditation for events of any size. Its clearest strength is the free tier, which covers up to 5,000 tickets at no cost, plus a paid model with no fixed subscription. The main cost to watch is the per-ticket booking fee on paid events, and paid pricing is available only by request. Organizers running festivals, multi-day events, or several events from one account should pick it.

Look elsewhere iforganizers who need fixed-price pricing up front, or small free events needing support outside business hours.

What is Weeztix?

Weeztix is an event ticketing system for organizers who sell tickets online and need to control entry on the day. It covers the sales side with a ticket shop that can be embedded in an organizer's own website or hosted separately, and the door side with a scan app, queue management, and accreditation for staff and crew. It addresses the problem of running ticket sales, check-in, and payments across separate tools.

Day to day, an organizer creates an event, sets up ticket types, and publishes a shop. The shop supports multi-day events, date and timeslot selection, and seated tickets, and the dashboard shows sales as they come in. On the day, door staff check tickets with the scan app, and cashless payments run through WeezPay. Accreditation for crew is managed through WeezCrew. Secondary resale is handled through Secure Swap and Sealed Tickets, so buyers resell within a controlled channel.

The platform serves festivals, concerts, sports clubs, theatres, exhibitions, and venues, and it is sold to freelancers, small businesses, mid-sized companies, and enterprises. Pricing is split by event type. Free events cost nothing for the first 5,000 tickets, and then the fee is €0.20 per ticket. Paid events have no fixed subscription; instead, a booking fee is added on top of each ticket sold, and the organizer chooses whether buyers pay it or the organizer absorbs it. Paid accounts include a 2.5-hour onboarding, a dedicated success manager, and a 24/7 emergency hotline.

What sets Weeztix apart from a standalone ticketing tool is the number of connected pieces under one vendor. Gigz serves as its CRM and customer data platform, and the product includes finance reports, split payments, and per-company financial flows for organizers who run events for several clients. An open API and webhooks support custom builds, and the integrations library includes Zapier, Slack, Brevo, Meta for Business, and Klarna.
