The company was founded in 1998 in Huntsville, Alabama, and became part of the Momentive portfolio in December 2020. It says it serves more than 3,000 associations and chambers.
Staff manage member profiles and contacts in one database and set renewal reminders that generate invoices automatically. Recurring email campaigns and automation send messages to members based on their records. Event tools cover online registration, attendance tracking, and email automation, while customizable forms collect applications, donations, and surveys. Payment processing and financial reporting are built in, and the platform connects to accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
There are two products on the same platform. MC Professional is built for organizations whose members are individuals and starts at $4,500 annually.
