Bottom line

My PT Hub is an all-in-one toolkit for personal trainers that combines programming, nutrition, bookings, payments and a branded client app in one account. Its clearest strength is the breadth of the Premium tier, which removes the client cap and adds group classes, automated check-ins and white label app options. The main cost to watch is that the Starter plan is capped at 3 clients and 50 workouts, and most of the business features sit on higher tiers or add-ons. Solo trainers and small coaching teams who want to run their whole practice from one app should consider it.

What is My PT Hub?

My PT Hub is web and mobile software for personal trainers, fitness coaches and nutritionists. It keeps client management, workout and nutrition programming, scheduling and payments in one account, which replaces the spreadsheets, separate booking pages and standalone payment tools many independent trainers rely on. Clients use a companion app on iOS and Android to follow their plans and log their work.

Trainers build workouts from a library of more than 8,000 HD exercise videos or upload their own, then assign multi-week programs and track client compliance. Nutrition plans draw on a database of over 650,000 food items, with barcode scanning and a built-in calculator for macro and calorie targets. Calendar bookings cover one-to-one sessions and group classes, with waiting lists, attendance registers and sync to external calendars such as Google Calendar. Wearable data from Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit and MyFitnessPal can be pulled into the trainer's dashboard.

The software suits independent trainers and small studio teams. Additional trainers can be added to one account with their own logins, permissions and shared branding. The Starter plan costs $25 per month and covers up to 3 clients. Premium is $52 per month billed annually, or $59 billed monthly, and removes the client cap. Ultimate is $195 per month billed annually, or $215 billed monthly. Payments run through Stripe, so trainers can charge clients for packages, one-off or recurring.

What sets the product apart is its focus on the trainer's own brand. Premium includes a white label app option that can be listed in the App Store and Google Play under the trainer's business name, and a custom branded app can be added for a one-time fee. Built-in AI tools summarize client progress and draft replies in the trainer's tone, while a Zapier integration connects the account to more than 8,000 other apps.
