It places website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages and email in one dashboard, so support and sales staff do not have to switch between separate tools. Day to day, a chat widget is installed on a site and visitors open a chat window that routes to operators. Operators see visitor details such as name, email, location and browsing history, and they can insert saved shortcuts by typing a dot. Office hours switch the chat box to offline mode automatically when no agent is online. On the Plus plan and above, chatbot workflows handle common questions, and an AI Reply Assistant helps polish replies and translate messages with one click. Email connects through Gmail authorization or through SMTP and IMAP for other providers, and each new email opens a conversation with its full thread.
