Bottom line

Crelate is a recruiting platform that puts sourcing, applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, and client collaboration on one record. Its clearest strength is that recruiters, business development staff, and clients all work from the same data, with AI included on every plan. The main cost to watch is that Business Plus and Platform pricing is not published, and email campaigns, text messaging, and e-signature carry extra fees. Staffing firms and agencies that want one system from first outreach through onboarding should evaluate it first.

Choose Crelate ifstaffing and contract placement firms, or executive search and direct hire agencies.
Look elsewhere ifbuyers who need a published price for every tier, or teams that want a free plan with no trial.

What is Crelate?

Crelate is a recruiting platform that combines sourcing, applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, client portals, and reporting on one shared record. It targets a common problem for recruiting teams: running sourcing, outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting in separate tools, which forces staff to re-enter the same information at each step. In Crelate, each stage of the recruiting workflow works on the same candidate, client, and job records.

Day to day, recruiters use the Discover Agent to search roughly a billion profiles in plain language for people who are not yet in their database. They then run multi-channel sequences across email, text, and call tasks directly from the record, with messages tracked back to each person. Applicants arrive through a job portal, and pipeline stages can be rearranged by dragging candidates between them, with automated emails sent at each stage. Clients and hiring managers review candidates in a dedicated portal, and their feedback writes back to the pipeline. The Co-Pilot answers plain-language questions about a team's own candidates, clients, and open jobs.

Crelate is built for staffing firms, executive search firms, direct hire agencies, and corporate in-house recruiting teams. Its Essentials plan costs $85 per user per month billed annually and covers up to two users and 20,000 contacts. The Business plan costs $119 per user per month, billed annually or monthly, and adds client and team portals, a job portal, and reporting. Business Plus is priced custom per user with an annual payment, and the Platform tier uses user or site license pricing. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan.

What sets Crelate apart is how it ties recruiting to business development. Its sales CRM uses the same records as candidate tracking, so client contacts, opportunities, and orders sit alongside candidates. Every plan includes AI, and the company lists more than 80 integration partners, including Zapier, Microsoft 365, and HubSpot. Crelate also carries the same record past the placement, starting onboarding tasks such as I-9 and E-Verify forms, e-signatures, and checklists from the hire.
