inFlow Inventory review
Bottom line
inFlow Inventory is a stock and order management system that small and mid-size product businesses can run without a large ERP project. Its clearest strength is how easily it connects to ecommerce, accounting, and shipping tools, with unlimited integrations on every plan. The main cost to watch is that lot numbers, serial numbers, the API, and the B2B portal are paid add-ons, and the $499 onboarding package is required on most plans. Businesses that sell through online stores and need barcode-based receiving and picking should pick it, while manufacturers that need bills of materials should look at the separate Manufacturing app.
What is inFlow Inventory?
inFlow Inventory is a web-based inventory and order management application from Archon Systems, a company based in Toronto. It is built for businesses that buy, store, and sell physical products and have outgrown spreadsheets or find enterprise ERP systems too costly to set up. The core job is keeping a live count of what is on hand, where it is stored, what has been sold and bought, and when to reorder. Stock can be tracked across multiple locations, with stock transfers, physical stock counts, and low-stock alerts built in.
Day to day, staff use inFlow to enter sales orders and quotes, pick and pack orders, print shipping and receiving labels, and send invoices and receipts. Purchasing works the same way, with purchase orders that can be emailed to vendors and receipts checked in by scanning barcodes with the inFlow Smartphone Scanner or a phone. Teams can use the iPhone and Android apps on the warehouse floor, and managers can generate reports by asking the built-in AI Report Assistant questions in plain language. Each team member gets a separate login, so changes can be traced to a specific person.
inFlow is aimed at freelancers, small businesses, mid-size companies, and enterprises, and it serves teams from solo operators up to businesses with about 50 people. Pricing starts at $99 per month billed annually for the Lite plan, with Core at $299, Pro at $499, and Max at $699, each with a hardware credit for new customers. Lot numbers, serial numbers, the API, and the B2B Showroom portal are sold as separate monthly add-ons, and a one-time onboarding package of $499 is required on most plans. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
What sets inFlow apart from many tools in its category is how much it connects to without custom work. Each plan includes unlimited integrations, and the list covers ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce, accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, and dozens of shipping carriers through EasyPost. A public API and an MCP server let developers build custom connections or let AI tools create orders and update pricing. Archon also sells its own Smartphone Scanner and Portable Label Printer, and support is handled in-house from Toronto and Lisbon by email and chat.
