Timely is booking and client management software for salons, spas, barbershops, medical spas and massage practices. It brings appointment scheduling, client records, automated reminders and payments into one web-based system. Front desk staff can keep one calendar for every stylist or therapist instead of juggling phone bookings, paper diaries and separate payment tools.

Day to day, staff manage the calendar from the web or from the Timely mobile app on iOS or Android, where they can see client details and receive appointment notifications. Clients book online, and Timely sends SMS and email confirmations and reminders and handles rescheduling. Clients can also complete digital consultation forms in the free Timely Consult iOS app, which offers free-text, multi-choice, image mark-up and signature fields that upload to their client records. Product inventory can be tracked in the Timely Stock app, which flags low stock, creates supplier orders and scans barcodes.
