Bottom line

Bitrix24 is a single web workspace that brings CRM, tasks, chat, video calls, documents and HR tools into one account at a flat organization-level price. Its clearest strength is the breadth of the free and low-cost tiers, with a permanent free plan for one to two users and a Basic plan covering up to 5 users. The main cost to watch is that email marketing, RPA, HR tools and the Vibecode AI builder sit on higher tiers, and the Vibe+ tier is priced by user count. It suits small and mid-sized teams that want to replace several subscriptions with one platform.

Choose Bitrix24 ifsmall and mid-sized teams, or sales teams that need CRM and calls in one place.
Look elsewhere ifteams that need email marketing on a free or Basic plan, or organizations needing a dedicated desktop application.

What is Bitrix24?

Bitrix24 is a browser-based workspace that combines customer relationship management, task and project management, team chat, video calls, online documents, shared calendars and a website builder in one account. It is built for companies that currently spread these jobs across separate subscriptions and want sales and daily work to share the same records. A deal, the tasks behind it, the call that closed it and the invoice that followed can all sit in one place.

Day to day, sales staff manage leads, deals, contacts and pipelines, with access permissions and roles set for each user. Calls can be recorded and transcribed, and CoPilot produces call summaries and fills in deal fields. Tasks can be organized on Kanban boards, Gantt charts, Scrum boards or plain lists, with checklists, sub-tasks and time tracking. Chat, video calls with screen sharing and recording, workgroups with external users, and a company drive keep communication attached to the work. Automation rules and triggers run workflows, and an API connects the platform to other systems.

Typical users are freelancers, small businesses, mid-sized businesses and enterprises. Pricing is a flat fee per organization rather than per seat. The Free plan covers one to two users at no cost, while the paid Basic, Standard and Professional plans cover up to 5, 50 and 100 users respectively. Users can be added within each plan's limit without the monthly price changing, and annual billing is the cheaper option.

Bitrix24 differs from single-purpose tools by covering HR and internal operations alongside sales. Employee profiles, absence management, approvals, workflow automation and no-code RPA sit in the same account as the CRM. Its Vibecode layer lets users build AI apps, bots and agents from a chat prompt, with hosting included. Integrations with Microsoft Outlook, Zapier, Twilio, QuickBooks Online and HubSpot Sales Hub, along with a marketplace of more than 850 apps, extend the core product.
